With the gentle support of props and the use of blindfolds, we’ll explore how the five senses – sound, touch, smell, taste and inner vision – can help us reconnect to presence, awareness, and ease. This class is not about being more, but about feeling more. Each posture will invite you to rest into supported stillness as we focus on one sense at a time, allowing the outer world to fade and the inner world to rise.
Expect soft music, calming aromatherapy, thoughtful breath guidance, and grounding sensory cues – all curated to quiet the mind and nourish the nervous system.
