Tuesdays @ 4:30 Class is Changing to Vin & Yin!

Vin &  Yin is a flowing class that  blends two complementary styles of yoga. The first half of class focuses on dynamic Vinyasa sequences, building strength and warmth through steady movement. The second half shifts into Yin yoga, where postures are held for longer periods to target the connective tissues and encourage deep relaxation. Together, this practice balances Yang energy (active and muscular) with Yin energy (quiet and receptive). This class is heated up to 100 degrees.
