Ignite your strength and find your zen in this dynamic Heated Sculpt & Core class, designed to tone, strengthen, and stretch in a warm, energizing environment (heated up to 100F).

This full-body workout combines high-energy sculpting exercises with resistance bands, targeted core work, and a touch of yoga to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mind-body connection.

What to Bring: Comfortable workout attire, water bottle, towel (sweat towel recommended), and a yoga mat. Resistance bands provided. Benefits: Builds core strength, tones muscles, increases flexibility, boosts endurance, and promotes relaxation.

About the Teacher: Julia Middleton

Julia was born in Argentina and ever since she was a little girl she loved the scenic arts. She began studying dancing, acting, pilates, and stretching at a young age. By her 18th birthday she was already working as a professional dancer and actress in Buenos Aires. At age 21, she went to work as an actress for one year in Uruguay, where she met Paula Acuña; a renowned Hatha Yoga teacher and fell in love with the discipline. Yoga became an essential part of her life and helped her become the best version of herself. Julia continued her acting career and traveled the world for 6 years as she toured with the Argentinian performance show "Brute Force", giving her the opportunity to expand her studies in Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Kundalini Yoga with as many teachers as she could possibly find. In 2017 she moved to India for a full year and earned her first Yoga teacher training certification.

This was the beginning of her teaching journey as she realized that she enjoyed sharing this beautiful and powerful tool with her friends and students. In 2019 she completed a second teacher training certification at Yoga Arts, an Australian school directed by Louisa Sear in Bali, Indonesia.

Julia has traveled, learned and immersed herself in Yoga around 40 different countries.  She now shares her passion through classes of authentic Hatha exercises, harnesses the power of the flow of a Vinyasa session, and incorporates a vast variety of techniques from her teachers around the world.

Julia has recently settled here in Lakeway, TX with her husband and we are so excited to have her join our community.
