New Teacher Feature Aurore and Taylor
Aurore Nedellec (aka Rory)
Aurore is the co-founder of Attuned Fitness and an ACE-certified fitness coach known for her inclusive, encouraging, and empowering approach to movement. Her athletic journey began on the rugby fields of China as a teen, continued through university in the UK, and ultimately led her to play professionally for Stade Français in France.
Their mantra: Meet your body where it’s at, build it for where it’s going.
Aurore has spent years studying strength training, conditioning and functional movement, with a focus on supporting 30+ adults, athletes, and those returning to fitness after long breaks or injuries. She blends evidence-based programming with mindful coaching — encouraging her clients to push to their full potential while keeping movement safe, intentional, and fun. She believes that movement is a powerful way to reconnect the mind, body, and spirit, helping people feel grounded, strong, and confident.
Her favorite part of coaching is witnessing the exact moment someone realizes they’re stronger than they ever believed. She brings thoughtful progressions, uplifting energy, and a science-backed approach to every class.
When she’s not coaching, Aurore loves hiking, traveling, and watching movies.
Fun fact: Aurore is French but spent her childhood in China from age 2 to 18. She later studied and worked in the UK, lived in San Francisco from 2017–2021, and now calls Austin home.
Taylor Ravenna
Taylor is the co-founder of Attuned Fitness and a certified group fitness instructor whose coaching blends strength, mobility, artistry, and music. Her movement journey began at just two years old, and from ages 8–18 she trained as a nationally competitive dancer in Florida, earning numerous awards and studying under world-renowned choreographers from major dance companies and So You Think You Can Dance. That early foundation in discipline, body awareness, and expressive movement shaped her lifelong passion for fitness and performance.
After years of training at an elite level — and overcoming multiple injuries including a torn hip labrum, bursitis, chronic back pain, and other overuse conditions — Taylor learned firsthand how intentional movement can rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in the body. This personal journey fuels her deep commitment to form, injury prevention, and sustainable, long-term fitness.
Taylor moved from Los Angeles to Austin in 2021, where she coached at Orangetheory Fitness from 2022–2024, helping members improve their form, strength and mobility with her signature motivating, music-driven coaching style. In 2024, she co-founded Attuned Fitness with her partner, Rory. Their mission is to make strength training accessible, functional, and empowering for every body - through 1:1 personal training, couples training, small group coaching, group classes, and virtual programs.
With a background in dance, strength training, mobility work, and mindset coaching, Taylor helps clients feel strong, capable, and deeply connected to their bodies. Music is central to her teaching — she believes it has the power to shift energy, elevate effort, and help people tap into their mind, body, and spirit in a meaningful way.
Taylor’s mission is simple: to help people move with intention, heal fully, and step into the strongest version of themselves — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Fun fact: Taylor was born in Florida but her family is from Texas! When she’s not coaching, Taylor's a singer-songwriter, producer, and DJ. You can find her on Spotify, Apple Music, or in class curating the perfect playlist.
