Hot Pilates (HIIT/Sculpt) Schedule Change on June 9th:

We are constantly evolving our schedule to meet your needs, so we are changing the Hot Pilates (HIIT / Sculpt) class schedules. We have discontinued the Saturday 12:15 Hot Pilates (HIIT / Sculpt) class and starting the week of June 9th, the class will be Wednesdays 12:15-1:15pm.

Hot Pilates (HIIT/Sculpt) Class Description:

Hot Pilates (HIIT / Sculpt) is a challenging class, it combines High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Pilates principles and heat (95-98 degrees) to give you a total body workout!  We play motivating, energizing music and encourage you to keep moving throughout the class.

This 60 minute, high energy, fun class starts gently with a warm up and some glute / hamstring, core and back body work.  Then, it heats up with a cardio section incorporating exercizes to strengthen the legs and upper body as well as more core work.  The class ends with a cool down targeting the hips/glutes then some gentle stretching. 

The teacher will offer modifications to every exercize so you can layer up or down to meet your body's needs.  We have special music to help motivate you to work at your optimal level.  This class is a great complement to your regular yoga practice and promises to strengthen and sculpt your body FAST!  This class is as challenging as you want it to be, you will feel energized and accomplished when you’re finished!
