Meet Jessica Kelly, our dynamic Heated Sculpt & Core instructor!

With over 15 years in the health and fitness industry, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and experience to every class. She currently owns Myo Mind & Body, a premier health and wellness studio in Lakeway, TX, where she helps clients recover from injuries, get stronger with personal training, and transform their lives through personalized nutrition coaching.

Jessica is certified in personal training, group fitness, and functional nutrition (WITS + AFAA), and is a proud graduate of both the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and the Functional Nutrition Alliance (FXN).

But her story goes much deeper than credentials. As a former NPC bikini competitor and fitness center owner, Jessica once lived in a cycle of extreme workouts, strict calorie counting, sugar and caffeine overload—and eventually, burnout. That crash pushed her to dig deeper. Through years of research, education, and personal trial, she rebuilt her health and found balance through functional nutrition and holistic wellness.

Now fully restored, Jessica is on a mission to share what she’s learned with others—helping YOU move better, feel stronger, and thrive with lasting energy. Her classes aren’t just workouts—they’re transformations.

Heated Sculpt and Core Class Description:

Ignite your strength and find your zen in this dynamic Heated Sculpt & Core class, designed to tone, strengthen, and stretch in a warm, energizing environment (heated up to 100F).

This full-body workout combines high-energy sculpting exercises with resistance bands, targeted core work, and a touch of yoga to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mind-body connection.

Expect a heart-pumping sequence of resistance band exercises to sculpt lean muscle, core-focused movements to fire up your abs and obliques, and grounding yoga poses to lengthen during warm up and cool down. The heat amplifies your workout, promoting detoxification and deeper muscle engagement. Set to an uplifting playlist, this class offers a perfect balance of intensity and calm, leaving you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.

What to Bring: Comfortable workout attire, water bottle, towel (sweat towel recommended), and a yoga mat. Resistance bands provided.
