Hot Pilates (HIIT/Sculpt) class at a New Time!

Hot Pilates (HIIT / Sculpt) is a challenging class, it combines High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Pilates principles and heat (up to 100 degrees) to give you a total body workout!  We play energizing, motivating music and encourage you to keep moving. 

This 60 minute, high energy, fun class starts gently with a warm up and some glute / hamstring, core and back body work.  Then, it heats up with a cardio section incorporating exercizes to strengthen the legs and upper body as well as more core work.  We incorporate the use of resistance bands in some of the classes to improve your strength training routine.

 The class ends with a cool down targeting the hips/glutes then some gentle stretching.  The teacher will offer modifications to every exercize so you can level up or down to meet your body's needs.  We have special music to help motivate you to work at your optimal level.  It's a great compliment to your regular yoga practice and promises to strengthen and sculpt your body FAST! 

 This class is as challenging as you want it to be, you will feel energized and accomplished when you're finished!
