Experience the transformative power of the Original Hot Yoga sequence—created by Bikram Choudhury—in a convenient 60-minute format! This dynamic class features the classic 26 beginning-level postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced (mostly) twice each in the precise, proven sequence designed to heal the body, free the mind, and ultimately transform your life.

 The system systematically builds strength through activation, promotes calm with deep breathing, refines alignment, and ends with deep relaxation—restoring physical and mental balance. It’s fast-paced and energetic with minimal rest, so beginners or those needing more recovery can opt for one set of certain postures.

You’ll work every bone, joint, ligament, tendon, and muscle while flooding your system with fresh, oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood to flush out toxins. The practice engages all major body systems—musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, endocrine, digestive, nervous—and strengthens the mind-body connection. It’s especially effective for relieving back pain, building core strength, and supporting recovery from injuries.

Repeating the same sequence allows you to track progress, deepen body awareness, understand your strengths and limits in flexibility and endurance, and cultivate mental stillness through focused breathing between postures. Classes are held in a heated room at 105°F with 40% humidity, following OHYA (Original Hot Yoga Association) standards.
